Use reply-to headers to define creator in new tickets

As you might know, Socialboards offer its own form-builder which lets your customer get in touch by using fully customized forms. However, should you prefer to use your own forms we have some good news for you. Our latest update includes an option to define the reply-to header to control which email address to use as a ticket owner.
