Socialboards is a fully owned Norwegian company with offices in Downtown Oslo at Epicenter in Pilestredet 33.
Socialboards was founded by Anne Kristine R. Grude and Erik Platou Lundquist and their mutual passion for customer service that they were working on side-by-side since 2007. The idea of Socialboards came together after the entry of social media where the customer dialogue seriously changed. It was important for them to build a product that would make customer service a better experience across channels – both for consumer and customer service heroes who work daily with the customer journey operations.
Our company currently has some of the country’s largest and best customer service companies on the customer list – such as DNB, REMA 1000, NorgesGruppen, Sport1, Avinor, Telia and many others.
